Well, time got away from me. I did not realize that the last post was in January- been a little distracted... Max Truman was born May 11th and Big Sis Maddie couldn't have embraced her role any better. Max decided to make his appearance two weeks early- water broke at work no less. It feels as though he has always been here.

Maddie wrapped up her spring soccer season on June 12th and is continuing with gymnastics this summer. She is loving both and we are enjoying watching her. Her last soccer game she scored 3 goals! We were so proud!

The summer is off to a roaring start and my maternity leave is coming to a close- only 2 more weeks. It went by way too fast, but I am looking forward to getting back into a normal routine before Maddie starts kindergarten in the fall-sniff, sniff

Uncle Jeremy returned from deployment on December 20th and was able to come home on leave over the New Year's holiday. Maddie was happy to have her "best buddy" home and packed 7 months of adventures into a few days- no details were left out.

Christmas has blown by once again...now we can look forward to miserable weather without presents to keep us going. Santa was very good to Miss Madeline this year, as well as, Mr. Max. I do think Bitty Baby made out the best.
